RC incorporated under the bylaws of the State of Florida in 1983, moved to the town of San Antonio, Florida in 1985, and to their present location - a refurbished 1920's era general store, in 1993.

The company is licensed and bonded in accordance with the travel sellers laws of the State of Florida and the Airline Reporting Commission, and boasts an excellent Dunn and Bradstreet rating. 

Roatan Charter is a member of the American Society of Travel Agents, and the South American Travel Association.
