For two full weeks the second week is at a 10% discount on accommodations, meals and diving.

House rental includes:
Transfers from Roatan airport, arrival dinner, 7 night accommodations, daily maid service, linens. Bring your own beach/boat towels.

House rental for less than 7 nights are available upon request. 1-4 night rentals do not include airport transfers. Transfers are available at $25 per person roundtrip.

A $250/house security deposit is required at time of arrival.

Children 10-11 years old: $275 per week (1 child per paid adult).

Resort Packages with CoCo View Resort

7 Night Dive Package Includes: 6 days diving; 2 scheduled boat trips per day with optional drop off dives, unlimited wall diving, wreck diving, and night diving from shore. Gear locker at the boat dock.

7 Night Meal Package Includes: 6 days of 3 meals per day.

Resort usage fee is included with the packages above. For those not taking meal of either package, a $100 resort usage fee will be charged. This give you "run of the resort" and includes usage of clubhouse, beaches, showers, kayaks, etc. The resort fee does not include admissiion to CoCo View lunches, picnics, and events.

Children at Playa Miguel

Although children under supervision of parents are welcome at Playa Miguel Beach Houses, CoCo View Resort has a strong policy prohibiting children under 10 from being on any part of their property at any time. If you enjoy vacationing with your children and plan to use CoCo View facilities or services, please give us a call or email res@roatan.com. We have a number of other facilities that are more child friendly.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

Deposit: $250 deposit per house, or $100/per person required at booking. Cancellations within 60 days $100.00/person non-refundable deposit. Final due 60 days prior to arrival. Deposits for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year are nonrefundable.

Cancellations - 90 days prior to travel deposits become nonrefundable. 90-61 days prior to departure:$50/person penalty. 60-46 days: $100/person penalty, balance refunded. 45-8 days: $150/person penalty, no refund, balance less penalty credited for future travel within 1 year. 7-0 days no refund or credits. $25 handling fee for cancellation at any time.

Refunds - Unused portions of land packages are not refundable for any reason including airline delays, cancellations, weather, or acts of God.

Groups:

Deposits become non-refundable 90 days prior to travel. Names are due 60 days prior. We strongly encourage group leaders to release unused space before the 90 day penalty period. 1 complimentary tour conductor package is given with each 11 paid.

Changes in the number of occupants may be made at any time. However, the occupant changes will affect the per person rate. For reductions within 45 to 7 days of travel, the difference in house rental charges, if any, plus charges for CCV services, will be refunded. There are no refunds for reductions within 7 days of arrival.

Amenities are not guarranteed. Satelite TV's, Internet, electrical appliances and other items may change or not be available at the the time of your reservation. Call if you have questions.
