Master
suite - staterooms are larger and have one double bed , couples
preferred.
Deluxe - stateroom have one double bed and one single bunk.
Twin - stateroom have two single bunks, singles preferred.
Quad - staterooms have four single bunks, singles preferred
Deposit
and Cancellation
Individuals: 33% of the
charter rate is due within 10
working days of reservation. Final payment is due 60 days prior to
departure.
Groups: (1/2 boat or more) A non-refundable deposit of $1500.00 is due within 10 working days of reservation. Nine month prior to departure, a $3500.00 is due. Six months prior to departure, individual deposits for half the vessel are due. 120 days prior to departure, individual deposits for the whole vessel are due. Final payment and completed applications are due 60 days prior to departure.
Cancellation
Individuals: If a cancellation is made:
1. 91 or more days prior to departure, 20% of the charter rate is
forfeited.
2. 90-61 days prior to departure, 33% of the charter rate is forfeited.
3. 60 days or less prior to departure, no refund is available.
Groups: The group cancellation policy
requires:
1. Deposit $1500.00 (non-refundable).
2. Second Deposit $ 3500.00 (non-refundable) 9 months prior to
departure.
3. Nine months prior to 121 days, 20% of the of the group charter is
forfeited.
4. 120-91 days prior to departure, 50% of the group charter rate is
forfeited.
5. 60-91 days prior to departure, 75% of the group charter rate if
forfeited.
6. 60 days or less prior to departure, no refund is available.
The Bay Islands Aggressor IV is available for full group bookings at 18 paying and 2 free or 8 paying and 1 free for a half vessel charter. The Bay Islands Aggressor IV, formerly the Caribbean Dream, is currently offering charters diving Roatan, Guanaja, Cayos Cochinos and Utila.
