Deposit: A deposit of 1 night's accommodation is due
within 14 days of
booking. Final due 30 days prior to arrival.
Bookings made within 30 days of arrival are payable at the time the
reservation is made.
Cancellation: Outside 60 days full refund minus $60 handling
fee,

30 days or less no refund.
No refund
for "no shows" or unused nights due to premature departure.
A discount of 5% is offered on the rack rate for groups with 7 or more adults.
