Rates are per person, per night and include, thatched roof cabana accommodations, individually controlled air conditioning, full breakfast and lunch, snacks and hors d'oeuvres, dinner, fresh squeezed juices, soft drinks, Belizean beers and local rum, daily guided tours (river canoeing, jungle tours, bird watching, Jaguar-Preserve visits, Mayan ruin visits), snorkeling, Scuba diving (full equipment included), beach boating (sea kayaks and Hobie Cats), all taxes & service charge. Complimentary email and laundry service too.
Only imported liquors and wine and motorized fishing activities are additional.
Please no children under 14 years. Children over 14 are charged full rate.
7% hotel tax, 8% meal and tour tax, and 5% service charge are included in daily rate.
Transfers are not included in rates. Air transfers from Belize International to the Kanantik airstrip, one way, is $70.00 per person.
A one night deposit for each guest is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation, with balance due 30 days before arrival.
Deposit and balance are totally refundable, minus a 6% credit card fee.
No reductions or refunds will be made if guests choose not to make full use of any of the available Resort activities.
Holiday/Year-end December 19, 2003 - January 4, 2004
A minimum of seven (7) nights is required for any stay that includes December 19 - January 4 dates. Deposit is refundable if cancellation or revision notice is received at least sixty days prior to scheduled arrival date. If cancellation is received less than sixty days, deposit will be refund only if cabaņa will be resold.
