Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Reservations: A deposit of $ 100.00 per person is required at time of booking. The balance must be paid in full 60 days prior to arrival or immediately if the arrival date is less than 60 days. A change fee of $25.00 shall be charged for each change made to a reservation. A late booking fee of $25.00 shall be paid for reservations made within 14 days of arrival. Any reservation that remains unpaid after the due date is subject to cancellation.
Cancellations: A $75.00 per room administrative fee will be forfeited on all cancellations received outside of 45 days of arrival. All payments will be forfeited if cancellation is received within 60 days of arrival. There are no refunds within 60 days of arival date and client is responsible for 100% of pyament.
