Room Description
Honeymoon Treehouse, 1 unit: Separate bedroom with king bed. Living room with a futon that can be made into a bed. Room also has kitchenette, coffee maker, minibar, bathrobes, CD player, iron & ironing board, wragaround porch with jacuzzi. 3 people max.
Honeymoon Suites, 2 units: Spacious beachfront location with king bed and large sitting area. Room has coffee maker, bathrobes, CD player, iron and ironing board. 2 people max.
Treehouse, 8 unites: One king plus a full size futon(6 units) or 2 queens plus a full-xize futon (2 units). Each freestanding cabana is raised 12 feet, nesteled in the coastal forest. Bathroom has double vanities and skylights above the shower and each room has bathrobes. 4 people max.
Beachfront Deluxe, 2 units: One king plus 2 twins, beachfront , each with 2 rooms. The main room has a king bed, table and chairs. the adjoiuning room has two twin beds. Each room has access to the shared bathroom. 4 people max.
Beachfront Rooms, 8 units: One king plus a full size futon (5 units) or 2 queens plus a full-size futon (3 units). 4 people max.
Deposit and Cancellation:
Individuals: $150
($300 High Season) per person is required to confirm a reservation.
Final balance due 45 days (90 days High Season) prior to
arrival date.
Cancellation

45 days (60 days during HIGH season) or more
before arrival full refund.
60-90 days before arrival - full refund minus 25% of deposit.
45 - 59 days before arrival- full refund minus 50% of deposit.
Less than 45 days before arrival - no refund.
Changes in
reservations

The unused portion of hotel
and/or any part of the package plans and
Kids are welcome.
We will help parents find local babysitters, but Hamanasi
will not have a babysitter on staff.
Guests should notify the hotel upon booking if they
anticipate a babysitter will be needed.
Guests must notify the hotel at booking if an infant will
travel and if a crib is needed. (We
may limit room choice due to potential noise.)
Groups: For every 9 paid hotel guests, the tenth person stays free based on double occupancy (1/2 room free). For every 9 paid divers the tenth person dives free.

Onshore Adventure Notes
Bikes
& Kayaks: Hamanasi
will have a number of bikes and kayaks for use in the Hopkins area that
will be
available to guests free of charge.
North
of Hopkins is a lagoon that is excellent for kayaking, as is the mouth
of Sittee
River and False Sittee Point. Guests
are responsible for loss or damage of kayaks and bikes.
Swimming:
Hamanasi's
pool will be open during the day and evening.
There will be no lifeguard on duty, so guests swim at
their own risk. Guests
may also swim in the ocean, which has a sandy bottom
in front of the hotel.
Clothing:
During
jungle walks guests should wear long sleeve shirts and pants.
Otherwise, shorts and t-shirts are fine.
Hiking boots or sturdy shoes are recommended.
Guides:
A
licensed Belizean tour guide will accompany every inland excursion (as
is
required by Belizean law). Guests
should indicate any special interests in advance so that the guide may
concentrate on those areas -- and prepare!
Meals:
Lunches
will be included in mainland excursion prices.
