Deposit/Cancellation
Deposit: $100 per person
non-refundable/non-transferable deposit required 7 days after booking. Full
payment due 45 days prior to arrival. Any changes subject to $50 fee.
Cancellation: 45-30 days - 50% of total package is non-refundable; 29 days or
less prior to arrival - full payment is non-refundable.

Accommodations
One bed/ 1 bath condo units with queen size bed
and sofa bed in living room. Large terrace, ceiling fans, air conditioned, TV,
VCR, each sleeps 4 people. Lower units have easy access. Upper units are
slightly smaller, sunset views are incredible. The fresh-water swimming
pool.
All units are fully furnished - maid service
included. Mariscos y Mas restaurant on site, currently open for breakfast/lunch
but Dan will provide dinners/parties/special requests with adequate notice. Food
delectable, prices very reasonable. Other restaurants within walking distance,
short water taxi ride to West End shops and nightlife. Activities on premises or
nearby: diving, snorkeling, water sports, hiking, kayaking, island tours,
horseback riding, sports rentals.
