For two full weeks the second week is at a 15% discount on accommodations.
House rental includes: Transfers from Utila airport, 7 night accommodations, weekly maid service, linens.
A $250/house security deposit is required at time of arrival.
Deposit Policy: Reservations are held for ten days pending $50/person deposit. Within 60 days $100.00/person deposit is due within ten days. Deposits become nonrefundable 90 days prior to travel. Final due 45 days prior to arrival. Deposits for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year are nonrefundable. Cancellation Policy: 90 days prior to travel deposits become nonrefundable. Penalties:90-61 days=$50/person-balance refunded, 60-46 days = $100/person-balance refunded, 45-8 days= no refund or credits. $25 handling fee for cancellation at any time. Refunds: Unused portions of land packages are not refundable for any reason including airline delays, cancellations, weather, or acts of God. Taxes Rates do not include 16%. Transfers Rates do include transfers from Utila airport to the Coral Beach Houses Groups - 1 comp with 11 paid. Airlines may also contribute depending on particular carrier policies.
