Deposit and Cancellation

US$100.00 per room deposit is required within 14 days of making a reservation. The balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival date. If booking within 14 days of arrival, full pre-payment required. 
If cancelled up to 60 days before arrival date full refund, 60-46 days of arrival US$100.00 per room penalty. 44-30  days prior of arrival 50% penalty of total, 30 days or less no refund.

Group policy :
Room Only Booking : 10 paid room, 11th room free. Room with Diving Package: 11 paid, 12th person free (room and diving). Diving Only: 11 paid, 12th person free
