For more than a resort experience, try one of the beautiful privately owned beach house rentals at Playa Miguel adjacent to CoCo View dive and snorkel resort on Roatán's south shore. Whether scuba diving, snorkeling, or partaking in some serious ocean front hammocking, you'll find these fully furnished tropical hideaways to be comfortable, convenient, and private. Perfect for families and small groups, each rental includes basic maid service, airport transfers and linens. Optional scuba packages and meal plans are available just a short walk or bicycle ride down the beach at CoCo View Resort. Advance provisioning available.

House rentals include use of facilities at CoCo View Resort, transfers from Roatán airport, daily maid service, bicycle use, linens. Starter Pack includes all the basics for a carefree vacation: coffee, popcorn, paper towels, bottled drinking water, soap and dish detergent.. Charcoal grill and additional provisions are available. Bring your own beach and boat towels. Most houses have have complete kitchens with service for 6. Casa Flamenco was the personal home of CoCo View's founders and is exceptionally well built, beautifully appointed, and lovingly maintained by its current ower. Due to it's vaulted ceiling and open-air design with rooms spoked around a central atrium, it is not air conditioned. But it catches every sea breeze and and has its own fan club of repeat guests.

The bottom floor of this two story beach house is a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment that opens to a grand view of the sea. It's breezy, roomy and comfortable with king size beds and air conditioning in each bedroom room.

Walk in the door and your first impression is Wow! With a huge valuted ceiling, upstairs bedrooms suspended at the top of a ship's stair, and more windows and French doors than wall space, Casa Mañana brings the outside in. It's face is angled into the trade winds its toes nearly touch the sea. A screened porch strung with hammocks wraps around the downstairs living. The ipstairs porch is open to the sea and the stars. Caribbean colors brighten the interior. Local carvings, paintings, and Guatemalan masks cover the walls.

Doc's Place is the closest to CoCo View Resort... less than 100ft from the resort property and 200 yards from the clubhouse and dive shop. The house comes complete with a full kitchen, a screened porch, and an outside deck with terrific ocean views.
