For more than a resort experience, try one of the beautiful privately owned beach house rentals at Playa Miguel on Roatán's south shore. Whether scuba diving, snorkeling, or partaking in some serious ocean front hammocking, you'll find these fully furnished tropical hideaways to be comfortable, convenient, and private. Perfect for families and small groups, each rental includes basic maid service, airport transfers and linens. Optional scuba packages and meal plans are available through CoCo View Resort, just a short walk down the beach, or use one of our free bicycles. Advance provisioning available.
House rentals include use of facilities at CoCo View Resort, transfers from Roatán airport, daily maid service, bicycles, linens. Starter Pack includes all the basics for a carefree vacation: coffee, popcorn, paper towels, bottled drinking water, soap and dish detergent etc. Charcoal grill and additional provisions are available. Bring your own beach/boat towels. Except where noted, all houses have complete kitchens with service for 6. Coffee maker, popcorn popper, all utensils, micro wave ovens, towels, outdoor showers. All the Playa Miguel beach houses except this one were built by loyal CoCo View Resort guests that just keep coming back year after year. This exception was the private home of CoCo View's founders, Bill and Evelyn Evans, who sold to "CoCo Nut" Lynn Fanelli in June of 2004. The octogaon shaped house is open beamed with huge living areas that take advantage of sea breezes. Central atrium and fountain. No AC. The house is beautifully furnished and decorated and superbly owner maintained. Lynn Fanelli is the primary sponsor of the Roatan orphanage and an avid scuba diver. 12 minute stroll or a quick bicycle ride to the CoCo View clubhouse.

beach house is a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment that opens to a grand view
of the sea. It is breezy, very roomy and comfortable with king size
beds and air conditioned bedrooms. Hard wired for Internet. "Half
kitchen" has coffee pot, sink, refrigerator and microwave. No oven or
stove. A 12 minute stroll or a quick bicycle ride to the CoCo View clubhouse.

Three bedrooms and two stories in Caribbean colors, 3 private baths, vaulted ceilings, and a wrap-around deck on both upper and lower levels give Casa Mañana a casual but luxurious flair. Open the French doors, unshutter the windows, and you are virtually outdoors. Notice that Casa Mañana angles slightly away from the typical dead-on beach view. The unique angle aligns the house with the natual underwater sand chutes through the barrier reef which were formed by centuries of wind and sea action. There is no air conditioning, but you may have to close windows to keep sheets on the bed; and the all around sea view is amazing. 10 minute stroll or a quick bike ride to the CoCo View clubhouse.

Honduran mahogany furniture, a screened porch festooned with hammocks
and a second story deck for watching those mango-papaya sunsets, and a very nice beach. 9 minute stroll to the clubhouse.
