If we do not have rooms available right now for all the
dates you need, we can offer a "Special Accommodations Waitlist"
program that you should like. We will block an ocean front home in the
privately owned Playa Miguel Beach Houses next door while we wait for a CoCo
View room to open. You will be moved automatically to the first room that
becomes available at the resort. Pros: If one does not open, you will get a
whole ocean front beach house for the price of a hotel room! - a great deal.
Cons: all houses are not air conditioned, and since this is a waitlist,
there is no way to choose the house or CCV room you receive unless you
specifically rent a particular house.
